Two Civil Engineers, Mr.Tashkant Maniar and Mr. Rajiv H. Inamdar, the directors of the company, with
prior industry experience dreamt of creating an organization, and thus Frohberg Builders was conceived.
It was to be an organisation that

- Be at the forefront of technological development in construction technology, and thereby improve
the overall quality of the projects
- Built innovative commercial complexes with better ambience
It all started with small construction contracts and grew to become large residential &
commercial complexes organizers; executed and marketed independently.
Facing hardships but never taking the easy path, the company turned into a team of 15 core
professionals and a several reliable vendors. Today, fueled by the excellent quality of its projects, and
the professional approach of our operations and dealings, our customers include individuals working at
senior positions in organizations like L & T, GM, ONGC, DuPont, GAIL, M.S. University of Baroda, IRCON
and numerous defense officers and doctors.
Company has also entered into an MOU in the year 2005 with WINK Global Ventures and GEM America
for project execution in Algeria & North Africa. Company is registered "A Class" with Govt. of Gujarat.
Almost all of our projects are pre-approved from all known housing finance companies due to our
professional approach. Our projects have been funded by various financial institutions such as HDFC, ICICI, GRUH Finance, BOB, Dena Bank, etc.
Frohberg Builders Ltd is a Class A registered company and having Joint Ventures with few good companies.
